経営者になって、義理・人情について、しばしば考えさせられます。
現在のSNSが普及した社会において、あくまで実利主義を求め、ドライな関係を保つという人もいます。
しかし、テクノロジーがどれだけ進化しても、テクノロジーはあくまで人間の生活を豊かにするものであって、それ以上、それ以下でもありません。
そうであるならば、義理・人情はいまだ現代社会において重要な概念ではないでしょうか？
義理・・人として行うべき道（道徳観や倫理観）、特に交際上いやでも他人にしなければならないこと
人情・・人としての情け、他人への思いやり
人間関係の80％は人情的要素の影響を受けると言われています。ビジネスでお金を稼ぐのも、人との関係でその価値が評価され、対価が発生します。一概には言えませんが、年収の高さ＝社会的評価の高さ、人望の厚さにある程度比例しているかもしれません。
経営者になって、また、SNSで人との付き合い方が変化する中、今一度、義理人情について考えてみました。

With the progress of Social Network Services (SNS), the framework of human relationship is being changed. For instance, people only know each other in the network system and connected 24/7.
Humans have created technology to make life convenient but technology is nothing more or nothing less.
Giri & Ninjo is the key element to keep the human relationship healthy in both daily and work life and it’ll never change how far the technology advances in the future.
